When will my products ship?

United States Shipping

Most orders ship out of our warehouse within 48 business hours. Standard domestic shipping takes about 2-7 business days for package delivery. Due to COVID-19, orders could experience shipping delays.

Please be sure to double check your shipping address before completing your order to ensure that your package is shipping to the right location. If you believe that your address may be incorrect, please reach out to support@everboldbeauty.com, we'll be happy to verify or correct this information for you. We cannot correct any addresses once an order has been processed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible for any corrections.

Where should I return the product?

In order to initiate a return: send us an email to support@everboldbeauty.com, including your first and last name and order number, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
